Assessment & response times
We acknowledge a properly formatted request without undue delay, within two business days of receipt, and respond without undue delay, within 30 calendar days of acknowledgement unless exceptional circumstances apply. If information is missing, we explain what is needed.
Each request is assessed on its own merits, including necessity, proportionality, applicable law and the rights of the affected person. We either disclose the justified data or give specific reasons for a full or partial refusal, including the relevant balancing assessment where applicable. A request does not guarantee disclosure.
Urgent safety requests
For an imminent threat to life, serious bodily injury, critical infrastructure or child exploitation requiring disclosure to address the threat, email help@powerdoms.com and call +447700183905. Use “URGENT DISCLOSURE” in the subject.
Describe the threat, the affected domain, why the requested data are necessary, your official role and contact details, and information needed to verify your identity and authority.
For urgent safety requests, our service targets are acknowledgement within two hours and a response within 24 hours. If exceptional circumstances require more time, we explain the reason and expected response time within the initial 24 hours. A response may request necessary information or explain a lawful refusal; it does not guarantee disclosure.
